i found the location very convenient near transport stations. the hotel offered free simple meals and drinks each night. the staff was friendly and the facility was very clean, what a great treat.

the washer and dryer did not function very well . this made laundry a bit of a hassle. i hope it can be maintained better.

the location was convenient. i could easily access namba station and explore nearby shops. the breakfast buffet offered a satisfying variety. there were also complimentary toiletries, a nice perk.

the staff entered my daughter's room by mistake, quite disruptive. it really upset her and caused unwanted stress.

I appreciate the location of the hotel, it is right outside the main airport transit train. The room included a foot massager. It helped my feet after long days. The hotel offers luggage transportation, this was very convenient. There was a free takoyaki making experience in the evening too.

I noticed banging on a door and yelling in the hall on my last night. I had to go downstairs since there were no phones in the room to call the front desk. The staff only provided chairs to sit in the hall and said 'sorry' when i told them again at 4am.

The room layout features a separate toilet and shower area with an open sink area. A door separates this area from the bedroom. Pajamas were included in the room, i found those to be convenient.

The room felt cramped. there was barely enough space for luggage. the bed was also quite firm, i didn't find it comfortable. the staff wasn't very helpful, and there was a language barrier. It was hard to get my questions answered. Communication was a real problem.
